About Us
Texas Association for Dance and Culture; Empowering Texas through Dance is a charitable and educational nonprofit organization within the meaning of Section 501 (c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our purpose is to empower dance educators, students, and communities across the State of Texas by promoting and advancing the understanding, appreciation, and practice of dance education and culture. We are dedicated to fostering education, organizing impactful events, and providing support through grants and scholarships to initiatives that contribute to the vibrant growth and development of dance and cultural activities in schools. Through our commitment, we aim to enrich lives, celebrate diversity, and cultivate a flouring dance community that transcends boundaries and inspires lasting connections.
